When you do the leg raises, is it supposed to hurt? Because I did around 30 reps, and it still didn't start hurting or aching. Also, does bicycle crunches and russian twist help lower abs?

Ha ha, I`ve done that special clearing, and I can see the result :) no unwarrantable assumption, just a fact :) actually this way was taken from authentic ayurveda school (non-traditional indian medicine has got 6000 years of practise) Just believe me :)

Very convincing example how to train the abs, thank you :) but anyway you must admit that in most cases unattractive belly is caused by slagging bowels. Before going to the gym, one should make visit to the doctor and work upon internal organs disfunction (even the smallest disfunction may turn into `fat`). I bet clearing the bowels will remove more than half of excess belly. Than it worth to go to the gym and make your body perfect.

STAMINA is as important as STRENGTH. Actually, they are each important enough to justify their own book. So are STRETCHING and SUSTENANCE. There is way to much to discuss here.
