bottom line is you have to eat even more. It may seem like your eating alot but you have to eat even more. Eat a slow digesting protein immedietly before you go to bed like cottage cheese or muscle milk. Eat as soon as you wake up, and alot too. Two hours after you eat a big breakfast, eat again. Make sure your workouts are intense enough to leave you sore the next day so you know the protein is going to your muscles and not to your stomach

your bench press is a lie i know that for a fact, but either way eat lots of high protein and calorie meals. lots of whole eggs and milk and red meat, nothin better for growin, even try some weight gain powder if you want but the main rule is lots of calories and protein

The best way to mix protein is to mix vanilla protein with milk and mix it with chocolate!
