Very nice video...I'm sure in many circles I'm not considered "fat" but I am overweight for my height and have been for years, this is inspiring. As for those who did it without surgery, good on you, but that doesn't take away from the positive change a surgery like this can have on someone's life. Don't knock on it because it's not "your way"...
