Glad you found it useful -- there is another neat homemade bar recipe that MuscleHack (another low carber here on Youtube) did last week. It uses heavy cream and less sugar. I have been meaning to try his as well.

I tried this recipe the 1st time with Splenda and found it too sweet... the 2nd time without, much better! I also found that a small amount of salt once it's smooshed into a flat shape at the end helps. I also have began scoring it slightly before it goes into the freezer. Much more easy to dole out afterwards. Thanks for the great recipe!

Absolutely, I give her a lot of credit for my success!

Thanks for the info. I am at the beginning of a long induction and very excited for the journey and results. I'll be trying these treats soon.

Absolutely for everyone except those with existing kidney problems (you drink a lot of water). I was on Induction for nearly a year, and my blood work afterwards was excellent.

Is this induction safe? It looks like it but I'd hate to try something that isn't.
Thanks!

The ingredients are in the video notes. I never realized it cut off there (Youtube error?). Anyhow, at that point you just put it in the 2 mini loaf pans and freeze for 1 hour.

Looks like a great recipe. How much peanut butter do you use? And, the video cuts off right after you add the sugar-free syrup and stir until smooth. What next? |
