i get the same problems doing this exercise shes showing....
b4 i start, i usually rotate my wrists a few times, it sumtymes helps

my wrists were hurt couple of months back doing another yoga routine. its ok when at rest, but again with yoga it hurts...like those positions plank n all...what can be done?? doc said no fracture....anyone wth similar probs...pls suggest sumthng...

it really does work! u gota do the excersises about 4-5 times it takes about 30-45 mins. its great!

just wondering, has anyone lost weight with this who is not over weight, just wanting to lose a few extra pounds? Not suggesting that any of you are over weight :) just curious!

i was working on this with my mom..and shes been losing most of the weight..hehe but yeh i lost about 3 pounds in a week just doing this.(but ofcourse i kept an easy diet) other than tht this really works if you push your self. ^-^ |
