Never seen before yoga from tibet. Seems to be a method to expel trapped gases in stomach and to speed up excretion of waste in the intestines.

I think he is going super fast or something, he barely holds any mudras. I bet this thing would take like atleast 3 times as long properly

This is some rough and tumble yoga. It looks like stuff we did as kids. The only draw back is it is, hard on the furniture. Perhaps this is good yoga for persons in very physical trades or jobs.

Yes. And you made my prejudices about you fade away too, which is quite cool, but not as cool as my channel. The favorites are diverse, a little.

yes, i'm aware that these excercices are for mindfullness. i make the mistake of saying "beliefs" when these practices are used on a regular basis. its learning the science of the mind and not worshipping some figurehead.

Parallels with Chinese Chi Gung - which means to move the breath in the body for similar "purposes", like awareness, health, emotional balance, and it aids martial arts practice very well. Not to mention, tai chi chuan is a martial art, the movements are punches, kicks, joint dislocation, throwing and tripping techniques. These all are body mechanics and breath in confluence that causes more efficient use of body weight. I have never tried yoga, but this video was like chi gung.

This is about the present moment. It will teach one how to breath and how to meditate without direct breath control, which will cause awareness. Breath is directed with awareness to parts of the body, atleast it feels like it. It oxygenates the body, as it's more active than other therapies. It's not just a therapy, but meditation, which can only be defined with words that are based on the experience of this meditation. The practitioner doesn't need to believe or not believe in God to succeed.

Thanks. I always wondered what to do when after a long period of meditations i started to fall asleep.

i couldn't help but find this somewhat comical, but i respect the beliefs. is this an act of shaking off one's impurities?

Of course, when it's time to actually sleep, SLEEP.
