It's no worse than someone who hunts, fishes, collects stamps or shoes. Its springtime, look at guys who play golf (the time and money!). Theres nothing wrong with what they do, its just different. I see more people dedicated whats going on with Britney Spears' body than their own. It's just jealousy. I know guys with puny arms and guts who give me tips on what to do about my calves.

Your missing my point. What you described is exercising, which I stated, is perfectly fine. I'm talking about living this lifestyle, which is a constant 24/7 mindset of protein, anabolism, and going to the gym. The people that spend 4 hours at the gym, spend the rest of their time looking at themselves and making meals, and the next day doing the same, and the cycle continues. Again, what you described is a hobby, and doesn't interfere with your livelihood.

Any person who lifts weights and knows what theyre doing does not spend the amount of time in the gym you might think. You can build a really good physique by lifting 4-5 days a week 45min-1hour a day, which is far less time than most people spend sitting in front of the TV or engaging in mindless banter on the phone. I put on 40lbs of muscle in two years just by using the gym at work while the rest of my coworkers sit around running their mouths.

your just a lazy jelous bastard who cant be arsed lifting weghts fuck off i hate people like you, your not supposed to stop training its a life style its something that people who have pride in them selvs like me have bulit into them and enjoy doing its about pride not insecurity you fat tosser

Well from my own experiences, the people who live to workout are all insecure...have you seen the current Real World and the guy Joey? Prime example. I'm just saying to workout is one thing, but to live your entire life on it when you do not retain any type of monetary policy from it, is pretty futile. Go to a frat party and a lot of them are big and buff, so are football players. The second you stop training, you lose most of the muscle anyway. My two cents.

from roids or not from roids... I'm just sayin' that we all end up dead - So what is the big deal if someone wants to be highly dedicated in their pursuit of something.. (even bodybuilding)
