you can do abs everyday...(seriously)optional.
its the kind of muscle thats hard to build...
do them before you eat in the morning...eat
high protein,low carb for a few weeks,and lots
of cardio...and saunas help after a workout.
cheers!! do it til failure,3-4 times a day.
