Good video except for point number one. People should not have to measure food portions and count calories. We should count chemicals and eat plenty of healthy foods and simply be sensible when it comes to over-eating. I made lunch the other day. The meal I made filled three plates and I ate it all myself in about an hour. This was not a sensible idea even though the ingredients were all natural!

I lost 20 pounds by simply cutting out soda, fast food, and running at least 3 times a week! Now I want to lose 10 more but have realized that I need to change it up a bit, so I'm cutting on the carbs and adding jump rope and a little weight training to my routine; hopefully I succeed!

True that you sometimes feel more hungry after eating some foods, like cookies. Once I have one, I just can't stop!

Ur right. 'Dieting', well fad dieting will only get u results that wont last. But, doing it the healthy way is more effective in the long run. I have been doing the healthy way for a couple months now & Ive already lost 20 lbs.

Dieting is harsh on your body, healthy living will help you lose weight and keep it off. I'm no one to talk though cause, I can stay on a healthy rutine if my life depended on it.

Congrats on the loss! I stepped on the yesterday morning to find I'm almost the highest that I've ever been in my life. I've figured out something kind of neat. I figured out that every day that I eat "clean," I have the body I want at that moment even if it's not showing yet. When I eat things that I know are bad for me, then I don't, and I won't later on either. Thanks for the encouragement :D
